1. You see the present worse than it is.
We human beings tend to blow our situations out of proportion. We always see
the past better than it was and the present worse than it actually is. We should
learn to embrace the situation because the truth is challenges will always be there and you have no idea
what tomorrow will bring.
2.You are always afraid of what the future holds
If
you cannot learn to enjoy life when you have problems you may never
enjoy
it because we’ll always have them .Don’t just sit there, sad and
miserable
thinking that you still have a chance to be happy tomorrow. Be happy
now. Be hopeful for a better tomorrow because that will give you the
strength and the motivation to make it to the
next day.
3.You focus on what you dont have instead of what you have
Find the little good things that you have overlooked, not everything is
wrong. You still have a lot to be grateful for so don’t let that one
unfulfilled desired make you think that you have a bad life.Maybe be you have a very supportive family,
friends, a spouse; you are healthy; you are beautiful; you are educated; you
are loved by people; you are talented or you have a good job. Focus on that
4.You Compare yourself to others.
Learn to have gratitude. Wake up in the morning and smile because you are
very fortunate to have whatever it is that you have. Thank God for keeping you
alive, Thank your family and friends for their continued support. Don’t just
sit there wishing you had more, or you had whatever it is that someone else has
because you can’t have everything where would you put it? Trust me once you get
that which you wish for, you will always want more so how about you be
contented with what you have at the moment without being greedy.
5.You think that life is unfair to you.
Whatever thing you are going through, someone else is in a worse situation
than you. Maybe you lost a lot of money for your business, someone else
somewhere who was a victim of Brussels terror attack may probably never go to
work again, yet you can still work and recover; or maybe you are whining about
how bad your job is when someone else wishes to have the same job for half the
salary you get.
6.You always dwell on the negative
Stay positive, be thankful for every breath that you take, love hard and be the
best person that you can be. Hang on a little while longer and brace yourself
for a better days that are coming, days full of opportunities. When that time
comes you will look back and be thankful for the hard times because they taught
you how to survive, how to be strong and made you who you are.
