9 Effective Healthy Living Habits

I suppose all of us want to live long enough and experience life to the fullest. I do too. This article is insipired by my dad who has always been health conscious ,not voluntarily though. He has been struggling with Typhoid ever since he was young and it was tough so he learnt the hard way. Thats why he has always been tough  and insistent on the fact that we have to eat right in order to avoid future health complications. He never forgets to tell me to drink plenty of water and eat lots of vegetables while exercising everyday. Even though it always seemed like torture when he restricted junk food intake. Am now all grown up and  I havent visited a doctor in 10 years. I owe it all to him. Here are some of the healthy living habits:

1.Quit Smoking
Effects of smoking are very serious and cause the most agonizing pain so its best to avoid smoking as much as you can.


2.Drink plenty of water
Water helps flush toxins from our bodies,so not only is it cheap it is readily available. Hydrate as much as you can.

3.Exercise regularly
Execising will help burn calories and get you into a great shape. Start small and make it regular with time. Be consistent and patient ,and you might never have weight struggles.

4.If you have to,Drink alcohol with moderation
I personally dont drink alcohol,i find it expensive and disgusting. I dont know about everyone else but if its a must you drink just drink a little or quit all together. Also drink plenty of water after doing it.

5.Be very hygenic
Wash your hands as often as possible,carry a hand sanitizer with you because you never know.   

6.Avoid stressful situations
Stress has been known to be one of the main causes of health complications such as Hypertension. So it would be good if you identify stress factors and avoid them as mch as possible.

7.Eat healthy foods
Eatiing healthy foods will help you in maintaining the ideal weight and avoid being obese.

8.Avoid proccessed foods
 Some of these foods contain harmful chemicals that could harm your heallth in the long run. So its best to eat organic foods.

9.Go herbal
