Acknowledge your Emotions



It is human to be sad, disappointed and angry. I have been there a few times. 

Ended up depressed and thought that I should have been better,  that I should have handled the situation differently or  taken a different path,or should have been more attentive.
All the shoulda's didnt help the situation. They only made me feel worse and worthless. The only thing I should have done was to understand that I am human.


Allow yourself to grieve over your loss and disappointments in life. Don’t be in a hurry to try and fix the situation. Take your time and clear your head while accepting your situation instead of being in denial. As result you will avoid being stressed and cope with the situation.
