How you perceive
you present circumstances will definitely determine how you will react to a
situation. You can get angry and stressed all you want but that doesn’t change
the situation or make it better.
Sometimes you perceive a situation worse than it
actually is or think that you dont have what you need to be happy. You focus on what you dont have instead of what you have which makes you think that you have a bad life.
Quit seeing the bad and keep hoping for the good.Try putting everything into perspective.
