Most of your fears never come to Pass

I am a true daughter of my mother. She worries a lot about anything and everything. The present the future, even the past sometimes.

Before I got a job she was worried that I wouldn’t get one, and now that I have one she is worried that one day I will lose it (God forbid) but as much as bad things are bound to happen good things will happen too(like getting a much better job, or starting my own business).

She always sees the bad in a situation. And when asked why she claims that by expecting the bad, she will get to enjoy the experience of being surprised by the good .I love her to death but I just don’t think that, this is the best approach to life.

Bad times outweigh the good times but if we sit around waiting for the bad times we will never get to enjoy the good times.

The future is uncertain, that’s obvious and that is what makes us worry so much about it. But looking back at all the things I was worried about most of them never came to pass and if they did I totally could handle them without breaking a leg.

Why should we always expect the worst, then put ourselves through the trauma, yet at the end of the day it may or may never come to pass?

The worst thing that can happen to anyone is dying, or so I think. We will all die one day and the worst part of it is that we don’t know when. That however, hasn’t  stopped us from chasing our goals and dreams. We struggle every day to make ends meet yet we are not assured of tomorrow.

My point is , that there is no point in worrying about the future . One thing I discovered is that half the things we worry about or are afraid of never come to pass and if they do no matter how difficult we always come out of it.

Be fair to yourself and your health, don’t worry too much because there is always a way or better yet your fears may never come to pass.
